One night there was not one sound out...
The curfew came and wept no tears.
But then there was the one sweet song...
The one sweet song of the bird of dreams.
He flew to the grave and sang his song...
She came and grew, no blood at all.
Awoken, arisen it was her time...
To unleash fury and kill the bird.
She could not kill - it wasn't time...
But time was kept and broken before.
She thrashed her fist and bared her fangs...
But birds can fly, and so he did.
He flew away but she latched on...
And rather than kill, she bit and went.
His power, now more, had grown so strong...
What was the bird turned into the Prince.
