Hey all, this is speaking. I regret to inform you all, that i cant manage this club anymore. I sign in and there over 150 messages for me. I know all the admins have lives as well, and it can be difficult to maintain a large club. But I've done it for a while, and balancing work, my own art, and life in general WITH this club can be a hard task. If any reliable person would like to step up to the plate to take over as club maintainer, i will more then warmly welcome you. But if not, i sadly may have to close this club. I cant hardly manage so many submissions, comments, notes and messages by myself. Ive done it for so long, but life issues have made it hard. So anyone else willing to help? For the sake of the club staying open.

Joining

1. Must be a fan of “Horror/Macabre/Dark”.

2. No badmouthing or flaming. We would like to have peace while we indulge in our sick and twisted obsessions.

3. Note the club with the subject being “Join”. Don’t leave comments asking to join, it will just be ignored.

4. Upon Confirmation put our icon in your journal and add us to your deviantatch

5. Watch our journal as well for updates or new contests.

6. Have a Bloody Blast!

Submissions and Contests

1. If you would like to submit artwork, leave a note with the subject being “Submit” and a link to your deviation.

2. Artwork must be “Horror/Macabre/Dark”.

3. Put some effort into your work. Dark scribbles of bloody stick figures wont do it here. Plain photography of just an angry or sad person wont do it here either. Photography of blood,guts (fake) and maniacs will! Be creative, we like creative psychopaths

4. No cultural or religious based artwork or photography, unless its specifically meant to be horror related. As in No tribal peircings or scars. Holes in ears with bone studs, elongating neck rings, lip plates. Or anything like that relating to culture or religion. What you might think is horror and disgusting, others may practice as thier culture and think is beautiful. There for not being horror related. We dont want to insult anyones culture or religion here by calling it horrifying. Its just different.

5. Due to overflows in submissions you can submit “3” deviations a week.

6. For contest entries, the same goes as above, aside the subject being “Contest”.

7. Submissions can not contain photomanipulated scenes from any movie, example: [link] (This is a DA rule)

8. Must be a member to submit Artwork, its obvious.

9. Nothing related to, or hinting at, Rape.

10. We submit some sexually based pieces with nudity involved, but nothing DA would not aprove of. We don't want to get banned here.

11. No emo-riffic wrist cutting/self mutilation related photos. Thats not horror to us, thats a sign you need help.

12. Please realize that this is a macabre community, please don't submit work if it hasn't atleast a hint of macabre related material in it... and unless you are going to actually start doing macabre work.. don't ask to join the club.. its meant for macabre artists.. you can watch if the work interests you.. please take this stuff into consideration when joining...
